Job Summary:

Supports the creation of project definitions, work breakdowns, rough order estimates, project plans, communication plans, and project schedules and specifications; serve as liaison to resolve problems and concerns.

Job Description:

  • Supports the creation of project definitions, work breakdowns, rough order estimates, project plans, communication plans, and project schedules and specifications; serve as liaison to resolve problems and concerns.
  • Researches solutions to project management issues using the appropriate resources; lead short-term, tactical projects of various types.
  • Helps to determine scope of work required for assigned projects.
  • Contributes to team or project meetings to communicate project timelines, milestones, and updates.
  • Assists in preparation of reports and program documentation.
  • Follows the objectives, priorities, goals of projects through best practices and industry standard methodologies.
  • Manages and coordinates the daily activities of a grant funded project.
  • Researches and identifies needs and available resources for grant funded projects.
  • Assists with designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating efforts for reports and/or proposals.
  • Prepares reports and other documentation.
  • Serves as spokesperson for an assigned project.
  • Advises students in the Flagship program and manages their academic pathways to linguistic success.
