Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in higher education administration, accreditation support, program evaluation, institutional research, assessment, or quality improvement.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail, along with experience cleaning, managing, and analyzing datasets related to accreditation or program evaluation.
  • Capable of preparing tables, charts, graphs, dashboards, and summary reports to effectively present assessment findings.
  • Brings experience supporting survey administration, including response tracking and data compilation, and possesses strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and institutional partners to support shared goals and initiatives.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree and three years of experience in higher education administration, accreditation support, program evaluation, institutional research, assessment, or quality improvement.

Position Details Position Purpose

Under the supervision of the Assistant Dean for Accreditation and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), the Coordinator of Accreditation and Continuous Quality Improvement coordinates institutional accreditation and CQI systems across the medical school. The position supports institutional compliance with LCME accreditation standards through coordination of accreditation processes; collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and institutional partners to collect accreditation and CQI data; management, cleaning, and analysis of accreditation and CQI datasets; and maintenance of accreditation and CQI documentation and reporting systems. The position also serves as the Survey Visit Coordinator (SVC) for LCME accreditation site visits, coordinating logistics, documentation, and institutional communication related to the accreditation review process. The role integrates project management, both quantitative and qualitative data/statistical analysis, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement to support institutional compliance, strategic decision-making, and sustained accreditation readiness.
