Nature & Purpose of Position
Performs moderately complex administrative and supervisory program work to support student success and retention.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversees and supports signature recruitment events for the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) and the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). Identifies and addresses barriers preventing Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) students from fully engaging in the community and other high-impact areas on campus. Aligns departmental programming and services with divisional and institutional goals related to enhancing the student experience. Provides oversight for the Order of Omega. Plans and oversees Pantheon events. Conducts the FSL Student Experience Survey. Develops and implements experience-based programming for the department. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws. Ability to supervise business functions. Communicates with other university departments, personnel, and other agencies. Position requires some work during the evening and on weekends as needed for events.
