- Facilitating data conversions from district information systems to other information system databases as required for reporting and compliance.
- Identifying and resolving data integrity problems, monitoring databases for consistency and standardization of student data, and spot-checking student data for compliance.
- Creating scripts for various data reports.
- Planning, designing, and manipulating databases for the storage and dissemination of dual credit student data.
- Organizing information and data concepts into presentations for a variety of audiences.
- Utilizing problem-solving to identify issues and assist with the creation of action plans, decision-making, and strategy development.
- Maintaining a wide variety of documents, files, and records to provide up-to-date references.
- Maintaining backup and recovery of databases.
- Participating in workshops, meetings, workshops, inter- and intra-district committees, seminars, and conferences to convey and gather information regarding program initiatives and goals.
- Completing ad hoc assignments as assigned to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned.

- Preferred Master''s Degree in a field of study/concentration in instructional technology, mathematics, or directly related field.
