- Meeting district goals and P-TECH/ECHS Outcomes-Based-Measures.
- Monitoring and tracking of collegiate students progress toward an Associate Degree through the Personalized Pathway Manager, PowerBi, and other data-sharing tools.
- Design, develop, and implement quality professional development experiences for P-TECH/ECHS counselors stemming from data trends that support and drive the academic development of collegiate students.
- Improving the percentage of on-track students by completing program audits (as needed).
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
