Works under the supervision of the Manager of Food Service. Responsible for the supervision and outcome of assigned area. Ensures compliance with state, county, and accrediting body.
What Were Looking For
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. In related field and/or commensurate experience.
Experience: Minimum three years experience in food service or general supervision, required.
Licensure/Certification: Serv Safe Certification, preferred.
