The purpose of this Knoxville, TN-based job is to support the contract administrators with the operation of the contract management system and work with legal stakeholders to support contract lifecycle management processes.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with contract administrators to support CLM system.
• Attend CLM system training and demonstrate proficiency.
• Work directly with legal and relevant business stakeholders in drafting, revising and testing new approved contract forms in CLM system.
• Maintain and support contract execution process (through CLM or Jira, as required), ensuring timely review, and execution.
• Execute Docusigns as needed.
• Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties, as assigned.
• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable working cross functionally
