Seeking a dependable Medical Assistant to support orthopedic clinic operations and provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced practice. Candidates with experience in casting, splinting, and brace application are strongly preferred; however, training or prior experience in these skills is not required for this position. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Summary:
Assists in providing patient care under the direction of physicians or nurses. Assists in the examination, treatment, and care of patients. Also, responsible for answering phones, making appointments, obtaining insurance authorizations for tests/surgeries, and medical record preparation.
