The Coordinator will lead and support advanced practice providers, collaborating with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to develop workflows, plans, and quality metrics.
- Provide guidance, onboarding, and performance evaluations for providers; participate in committees.
- Develop and implement education programs, monitor compliance, and evaluate clinical effectiveness.
- Deliver direct advanced practice patient care, including examinations, procedures, medication evaluation, and pharmacological prescribing within scope of practice.
- Provide on-call support and communicate patient needs to healthcare teams.
Qualifications include a Master's in Nursing or Physician Assistant Program, licensure, 3+ years clinical experience, and strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
