Overview
General Function:
This position is the lead functional user for advising technology systems to ensure maximized effective use of platforms while supporting the program. In addition, this role provides expert-level coaching and lead support for Academic Advisors. delivers ongoing training and supports consistency in business practices and quality controls. Provides support for escalated student concerns, takes the lead on special projects, and provides input on leadership decision-making. The Academic Advisor IV is exceptionally knowledgeable about all aspects of community college advising and student support including career, transfer and adult focused services.
