Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Coordinator assists with oversight of the day to day operations of the department and performs the duties of a registered pharmacist .The primary responsibility of the pharmacy coordinator is to develop and maintain pharmaceutical care based programs and technologies for the purpose of achieving optimal outcomes with a special emphasis placed on leadership in their assigned functional area of responsibility (Operations, Clinical, Compounding, Education & Training, Technology, or Diversion). They will assist in the achievement of the department commitment to be innovative, proactive, and accountable for quality patient outcomes by optimizing medication use across the continuum of care.Job Description:
