As a Dietary Cook, you'll play a vital role in preparing nutritious meals for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two or more years’ training and experience in quantity food preparation in a healthcare setting
• Must be thoroughly familiar with foods and methods of preparation and food safety.
• Must be able to follow standardized recipes and menus.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook all food for regular and modified diets and dining room/catering meal services
• Serve regular and modified diet trays with a high degree of accuracy at resident/patient meal service times
• Maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a clean, sanitized and organized manner
