Cook Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Cook Supervisor for a correctional facility kitchen in Fort Wayne, IN.

In this role, you will

• supervise and train staff in food service and sanitation standards, ensuring timely meal preparations, proper portioning, appearance, and temperature of food,
• coordinate a high-volume, structured kitchen environment,
• maintain safety and quality standards,
• and
• pass a background check as required by the facility.
• 
  
  **Qualifications include:**
  
• At least one year of culinary experience in high-volume, scratch cooking environments,
• strong knowledge of culinary techniques,
• attention to detail, multi-tasking skills,
• and
• team supervision experience.
• 
  **Preferred:** Food Handlers certification.
