Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and portion standards.

  • Maintain high kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance.

  • Collaborate with team to achieve daily production targets.

  • Track personal performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement.

  • Follow established recipes and maintain consistent presentation.

  • Monitor daily inventory and assist with stock ordering.

  • Adapt menu and portion sizes based on feedback and demand.

  • Proactively communicate issues and delays to supervisor.

  • Work safely in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and report malfunctions.

  • Assist in training new staff and share best practices.

  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven cooking experience with focus on quality and portion control.

  • Maintain strict food safety and sanitation per local regulations.

  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and ensure consistent plating.

  • Strong teamwork and communication to hit daily production targets.

  • Inventory awareness and basic stock ordering support.

  • Performance tracking and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Adapt menus and portions based on feedback and demand fluctuations.

  • Operate kitchen equipment safely; report malfunctions promptly.

  • Assist in training new staff and share best practices.

  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.
