Stacks & Cordials is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team for lunch and dinner service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment where your culinary skills and attention to detail directly contribute to our guests' dining experience.
About the Role:
As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking menu items during lunch and dinner shifts
- Supporting prep work to ensure stations are organized and well-stocked
- Maintaining food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
- Following food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Managing your station efficiently during peak service times
What We're Looking For:
You should have experience working in a kitchen environment, strong foundational cooking skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to food safety are essential. Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and familiarity with prep work is a plus. We will also train you.
