SUMMARY: To provide the best service possible by preparing each and every food product to company specifications, meeting and exceeding the expectations of our guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Maintain a positive, professional attitude with guests and team members; support teamwork.
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
· Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
· Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and guest orders.
· Set up and operate kitchen equipment; complete prep using AM/PM checklists.
· Properly store, rotate, and manage inventory to maintain quality and reduce waste.
· Plate and present food according to company standards.
· Keep work areas clean using “clean as you go”; assist with dishwashing and trash removal.
· Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
· Restock supplies, dishware, and glassware as needed.
· Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
