Position Description & Details

Job Title: Cook Location: Mayville State University, Mayville, ND Compensation: Hiring Range: $16.80 - $20.16 per hour - based on experience

Position Details: Responsibilities include but are not limited to, food preparation, customer service, and catering services. Work schedule will vary, may also include holidays, weekends, and flexible rotations. Responsible for preparing, made from scratch meals. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and presentation. Detail oriented and function independently, and as a team player.

Minimum qualifications: High school or GED Experience preparing quality made from scratch meals Ability to follow recipes Must be able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred qualifications: 2 years experience with short order cooking Servsafe certified or ability to become certified
