Greetings and Responsibilities
Greet customers with "Welcome" and a smile
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines
Take pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
Complete other tasks assigned by the MOD (Shift Manager)
Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment
Prepare ingredients for use on the line (chop and cut meat, etc.)
Ensure excellent presentation before serving our products
Maintain a disinfected and orderly environment
Ensure that all food and other items are stored correctly
Check the quality of ingredients
Monitor products to ensure they do not run out during peak hours and that the grill does not exceed during downtime
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
Execute opening and closing procedures
Set up workstations with the necessary ingredients and equipment, clean and disinfect work areas, equipment, and utensils
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Experience as a cook
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
