This position requires the ability to work at all kitchen stations, assist with shift clean-up, and maintain food quality and safety standards.
- Prepare food for service and assist in training new staff under supervision.
- Continuously seek to improve working conditions and food quality as directed by the Executive Chef.
- Monitor inventory needs, keep workstations clean, and ensure proper storage of food items.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies, and foster positive team relationships.
- Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication skills, teamwork, and basic computer literacy. Must be 18 or older.
