Report all issues found that relate to patient care, safety, and sanitation to appropriate authority and direct supervisor.

Responsibilities: Food preparation for patients according to set menu, standardizedrecipes, patient's medical diet order, and CMS standards.Food preparation for the Cafbased on supervisor approved menu, direction, and recipes.Complete all logs as assigned by supervisor.Complete daily and periodic cleaning assignments.Maintain a clean and organized environment. Position Requirements: Previous nutrition services experience preferred.Current Clay County food handler's permit or Serve Safe required within 30 days of hire.
