Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and food prep area
- Monitor food stock and freshness, rotating inventory as needed
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food deliveries
- Adapt to changing menu needs and customer requests with a positive attitude
Requirements:- Prior experience as a cook, prep cook, or in a food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
