Line Cook Position in Dana Point Harbor Super friendly, members only sailing club looking for a team player for our clubhouse restaurant.
Thursday, Friday and Saturdays 2:30PM - 9PM
Sunday 11AM-5:00PM
Extra shifts available for private events
Enthusiastic cook with a passion for culinary excellence and proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes. Highly skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation. Adept in working efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining a strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety. Collaborative team player with the ability to follow recipes and adapt to changing menus. Eager to contribute to a dynamic culinary team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our members.
You will ensure all workstations are supplied with necessary ingredients and supplies. You will coordinate and ensure that other line cooks create meals that are delivered consistently and on time.
You have experience keeping inventory and making food orders from suppliers.
