As a Cook / Cocinero your job includes:
+ Preparing high quality food to On The Border specifications
+ Communicating cook times, potential issues with Managers and Team Members
+ Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
As a Dishwasher your job includes:
+ Providing guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment
+ Maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine
+ Keeping the Heart of House clean and tide by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans
+ Washing plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures
As a Prep Cook your job includes:
+ Preparing food to OTB Specifications
+ Ensuring proper rotation of all products and stocking to requirements
+ Completing assigned prep work, set up, and break down of the kitchen
+ Communicating cook times, cleaning, and sanitizing throughout your shift
