Line and Grill Cook Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate grill and other kitchen equipment effectively and safely.
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
Line and Grill Cook Requirements:
- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in the food industry.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
