Ready to level up? As a Cook 2, you'll independently manage high-skill stations while mentoring entry-level cooks and maintaining consistency during service.
This role is ideal for cooks who are confident on the line and ready for more responsibility.

- Grill Station
- Sauté Station
- Pantry Station
What You'll Do
- Execute grilled proteins, sautéed dishes, and cold pantry items to specification
- Train and mentor Cook 1 team members
- Assist with prep list creation and maintain par levels
- Communicate product or equipment concerns to leadership
- Maintain consistency under moderate service pressure
What We're Looking For
- Advanced knife skills and butchery basics
- Ability to manage multiple tickets efficiently
- Competency with sauces, reductions, and composed dishes
- Understanding of seasonal menu changes and daily specials
- Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
