The Difference You Make:


This role sits within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Chief Operating Office and supports product governance, business initiatives, and reporting activities across the organization. The associate will play a key role in maintaining visibility into the product pipeline, supporting governance processes, and delivering insights through reporting and dashboards. This position offers a balanced mix of business exposure and business intelligence, with a focus on data-driven reporting, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement.


+ Support the execution of product governance processes, including intake, due diligence tracking, and ongoing monitoring of new products and business initiatives.

+ Maintain and track the product pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across systems, databases, and reporting tools.

+ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide clear visibility into pipeline status, key metrics, and governance outcomes.

+ Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights and support management decision-making.

+ Work with structured datasets and internal databases to extract, validate, and organize information for reporting purposes.

+ Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, and operations to gather data requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

+ Prepare materials for management and committee meetings, including presentations and executive summaries.

+ Support adherence to governance standards, policies, and procedures through documentation, data validation, and follow-up activities.

+ Assist in coordinating reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications for new product and business initiatives.

+ Maintain databases and document repositories for current and historical initiatives, ensuring consistency and usability of data.

+ Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, improve data quality, and streamline processes through better use of business intelligence tools.

+ Support audit, regulatory, and ad hoc requests by compiling accurate and timely information.

+ Provide day-to-day support to the team and act as backup during absences, ensuring continuity of reporting, coordination, and key deliverables.


What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

+ 3-6 years’ experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, business analysis, reporting, operations, or similar roles.

+ Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Solid understanding of data structures and experience working with databases or large datasets.

+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights clearly and concisely.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

+ Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

+ Interest in learning about CIB products, governance processes, and risk frameworks.

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:


+ Exposure to financial services, corporate banking, or investment banking.

+ Familiarity with governance, risk, or control-related processes.

+ Experience building or maintaining dashboards for senior stakeholders.

+ Working knowledge of Spanish desired but not strictly necessary


What Else You Need To Know:


The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$107,500.00 USD


Maximum:


$132,500.00 USD
