We are seeking a Conversion Representative who enjoys working directly with clients and guiding them through complex system transitions. This role is ideal for someone with banking operations experience who can balance technical detail with strong customer communication while supporting successful client conversions to COCC systems.

What you'll do…
Serve as primary or secondary support for client conversions under the direction of the Conversion Supervisor
• Coordinate all aspects of transferring financial institutions from their current service provider to COCC systems
• Act as a liaison between clients and COCC throughout the conversion process
• Analyze existing client systems and product usage for conversion to the COCC INSIGHT system
• Interview clients to understand current functionality and operational needs
• Coordinate implementation of outside vendor interfaces and forms packages
• Test conversion related data, transactions, products, and reports
• Establish database information including system options, branch operations, and product setup
• Complete batch setup requirements using standardized conversion templates
• Support the data specification process by coordinating requirements and documenting client decisions
• Translate technical concepts and requirements into user friendly language during client training
• Update and document processes related to third party vendor interfaces
• Complete audit documentation, meeting minutes, and GAP tracking reports
• Encourage and educate clients on submitting enhancement requests
• Travel to client locations approximately 40 percent of the time

Salary Range for this role is $68,494-$92,706 per year
