What We Offer

  • Pay range: $25.52 to $29.91 per hour

  • 7-day rotating shift schedule (3-week cycle with built-in overtime)

  • Week 1: 48 hours

  • Week 2: 46 hours

  • Week 3: 54 hours

  • Includes 1st shift (6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. / 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.) and 3rd shift (6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.)

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance or control systems

  • Background in one of the following (or similar) fields strongly preferred:

  • Electrical Technician

  • Industrial Systems Technician

  • Mechatronics Technician

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues in a manufacturing setting

  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability

  • Solid math skills and ability to interpret technical documents

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds in hot and cold environments

What You'll Do as a Control Equipment Technician

  • Maintain knowledge of all company policies and procedures
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
  • Audit and maintain safety equipment in the department
  • Support production by diagnosing and correcting machine issues quickly
  • Set equipment to proper specifications to ensure product quality
  • Assist with continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and equipment reliability
  • Act as relief operator as needed and perform other duties as assigned
