The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, particularly with Allen Bradley PLCs, and a solid understanding of structured text and ladder logic. This role requires proficiency in various automation technologies and a keen eye for detail to ensure safety and efficiency in our processes.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement automation systems using Allen Bradley PLCs. Create and modify structured text and ladder logic programs to optimize system performance.Integrate and configure HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems for seamless operation. Utilize vision cameras (e.g., Cognex or Kienz) to enhance automation processes.Implement motion control systems to ensure precise and efficient operations. Develop and maintain safety programming to comply with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems and equipment.Provide technical support and training to team members on automation technologies.Qualifications :Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming and understanding of structured text and ladder logic.Familiarity with vision cameras (e.g., Cognex or Kienz) is a plus.Experience with safety and safety programming is desirable.
