We’re hiring a Controls Engineer to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is hands-on—working directly with robotic weld cells, PLCs, and automation systems to keep production running efficiently and improve overall performance.

What You’ll Do
Program and troubleshoot robotic welding systems (Motoman/Yaskawa a plus)
Support and optimize PLC-controlled automation (Allen-Bradley preferred)
Improve weld processes (MIG/spot welding parameters, cycle time, quality)
Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues on the floor
Assist with new equipment launches and system integration
Work closely with production and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
Controls/automation experience in manufacturing
Robotic welding experience strongly preferred
PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work hands-on in a production environment
