Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, project managers, and field personnel

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC controls design, building automation, or smart building systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed control drawings
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, mechanical schedules, and control sequences
• Basic knowledge of DDC systems (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, etc.)
• Understanding of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks
