Your roleAs a Controls Check Out Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge control systems. Reporting directly to the Controls Check Out Team Leader, your primary mission is to meticulously inspect, calibrate, and test assembled control system software and hardware to verify adherence to design specifications and proper functionality.In this role, you will: * Thoroughly verify that instruments, tubing, and valving conform to detailed Process and Instrumentation schematic drawings, ensuring system integrity. * Confirm wiring configurations and electrical devices align precisely with wiring drawings and technical specifications, maintaining high-quality standards. * Calibrate a range of devices including pressure, temperature, level, and vibration monitoring and switching instruments to meet stringent calibration standards. * Adjust and calibrate actuators and positioners according to specifications to guarantee accurate movement and responses. * Load and validate software in Allen Bradley PLC systems, assessing correct operation and collaborating with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. * Adhere strictly to Safety Rules, Regulations, and OSHA requirements, promoting a safe and compliant workplace environment.This position involves hands-on technical work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.
