The Controller is responsible for directing and reporting the financial and operational controls daily to the CEO.
Administrative organization includes Accounting, Accounts Payable and Business Office.
In Coordination with Corporate CFO helps with the organizations financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community.
Provides and directs procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services.
The Controller also evaluates the following departments and/or related functions of: Accounting and Materials Management Analyzes, consolidates and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.
