Controller

Responsibilities:

* Partner with the President to improve financial performance and provide analysis for business decisions, projects, and investments

* Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, benefits, cash controls, and financial records

* Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, financial reporting, audits, and analysis for leadership and the parent company

* Maintain internal controls, ISO 9001 compliance, banking relationships, vendor accounts, and overall financial accuracy

Required Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* 5+ years of experience in similar Controller, Accounting, Financial role

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm

* Experience using manufacturing planning and reporting software systems

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* CPA or CMA is preferred
