Controller
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations

What you will be tasked with in this Controller role:
- Lead all accounting and financial activities for the site, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Partner with operations leaders to drive profitability, productivity, and cost management initiatives
- Oversee month-end close, financial statements, account reconciliations, and internal controls
- Manage and develop accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements
- Serve as a key liaison between site leadership and corporate finance teams
Preferred qualifications of the Controller
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
