A great opportunity for an experienced Controller to provide financial leadership and business partnership for a division controller for a multi billion dollar international company This high-impact role supports a complex manufacturing service business through forecasting, financial analysis, SAP and operational decision support. Total compensation is $135-170k. It is a hybrid role. The company is very stable and has a positive company culture.
Responsibilities
· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting.
· Partner with Service and Operations leadership to drive financial performance.
· Manage service backlog and open-order financial integrity.
· Perform variance analysis, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
· Serve as the SAP finance expert for the Service organization.
· Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with financial controls.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
· 7+ years of manufacturing finance or controlling experience.
· SAP or other ERP experience required
· Strong forecasting, budgeting, and manufacturing accounting skills.
· Experience supporting service or aftermarket operations is a plus.
· CPA or CMA preferred.
