The Controller is a key leadership role reporting to the Finance Director, responsible for managing accounting and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP, tax laws, and internal controls.

  • Oversees general ledger, financial close processes, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Manages accounts receivable, payable, treasury, and fixed assets.
  • Develops and enforces internal controls, maintains policies, and liaises with auditors.
  • Leads budgeting, forecasting, and provides timely financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Builds and leads a high-performing accounting team and collaborates cross-functionally.
  • Qualifications include a bachelor’s in accounting, 3-5 years of experience, proficiency in MS Excel, supervisory skills, and preferably CPA certification. Experience with ERP systems like Navision or Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
