Key Duties:
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls
- Coordinate with external CPA firms, banks, and other financial partners
- Manage sales tax reporting and compliance
- Support job costing, inventory reporting, and operational analysis within a manufacturing environment
- Partner with ownership on forecasting, growth initiatives, capital investments, and strategic planning
- Help improve systems, reporting, and overall financial processes as the company continues to grow
Highlighted Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of accounting leadership experience preferred
- Must have experience in the Manufacturing, Logistics or Print Production industries
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and staff at all levels
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
