Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Controller based in Lexington, KY. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include financial planning, analysis, and leading the accounting team to achieve efficiency and accuracy in the organization's financial processes. Collaborating with stakeholders, delivering insights, and driving financial decision-making will be key components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Strong accounting skills, including general ledger management and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial standards
  • Leadership and team management abilities for guiding accounting teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant financial systems and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
