Controller

We are seeking a dedicated Controller to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with industry standards, including Medicare Conditions of Participation, state licensing, NHPCO, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will share our mission of providing compassionate community care.

The Controller will manage accurate postings to the accounting system and maintain financial integrity. Qualifications include a

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• At least five years of accounting experience, including general ledger reconciliation, preferably in medical or non-profit sectors
• Valid New Mexico driver’s license
• CPA licensure is required
