Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Finance leader responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, establishing operational accounting best practices, and partnering closely with leadership to support rapid expansion.
- Own all accounting operations, including GL, month-end close, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Implement scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and processes aligned with a fast pace manufacturing environment.
- Partner with the CFO and executive team on forecasting, cash flow strategy, and financial modeling.
- Strong inventory valuation, some cost accounting and variance analysis
- Partner with operations to optimize COGS, production efficiency, and inventory management.
- Experience mentoring small but growing accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and prepare audit-ready financials.
- 4 year degreed accountant
- 5+ yrs of manufacturing accounting experience.
- Strong, inventory management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively across operational and executive teams.
