Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, month/year-end closing, general ledger accuracy, developing policies, and collaborating on budgets and forecasts.
They analyze costs, monitor manufacturing expenses, and optimize operational efficiency through internal analyses.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years in manufacturing accounting, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, ERP proficiency (preferably Netsuite), and excellent analytical skills.
Physical requirements involve prolonged desk work and lifting up to 15 pounds.
