Controller – Hands‑On Leadership Role
Salary Up to $140,000 + Benefits

What You’ll Lead
- Financial oversight: budgeting, forecasting, banking relationships, and higher‑level financial decisions
- Accounting Leadership: managing accounting staff
- Warehouse Management: oversee a team and support day‑to‑day operations.
Minimum requirements for this Controller’s position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience working with banks, including managing banking relationships or supporting lending/credit processes
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
- Leadership experience or the desire to lead teams in both office and operational settings
- Comfort working in a hands‑on, fast‑moving small‑company environment.
