Salary: $120K–$130K base + 20% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• 
  
• Oversee month-end close, GL, and financial reporting accuracy
• 
  
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals (5 direct reports)
• 
  
• Serve as primary liaison for audits, regulators, and external reporting
• 
  
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and compliance processes
• 
  
• Support system upgrades, automation, and process improvement initiatives
• 
  
• Partner with leadership on financial insights and strategic initiatives
• 
  

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
• 
  
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
• 
  
• Strong experience with GL, month-end close, and audit/regulatory reporting
• 
  
• Financial services, banking, or credit union experience
•
