Controller

Financial Additions is assisting a reputable Oil and Gas company in Fort Worth with a Controller position. The ideal candidate brings a background in Oil & Gas accounting, excellent job tenure and wants to join an established and growing company.

This position is hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 remote.

What you will do:

• Provide leadership and oversight to ensure proper controls and reporting procedures.
• Direct the preparation of financial statements, shareholder reports and tax returns.
• Compare sales and profit projections and budget to actual.
• Prepares board financial packages
• Leads the accounting team
• Oversees budget and audit functions

What qualifications you will bring:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Required
• 5-10 years experience in oil and gas accounting including revenue, JIB, royalty interests, etc.
• Supervisory experience
• Stable job tenure
