As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization and ensuring financial compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing financial policies
Preparing financial reports
Overseeing financial transactions
Managing financial audits
Monitoring internal controls
Collaborating with other departments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
Proven work experience as a Controller or similar role
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
