QB Johnson, Mfg. Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller/Accounting Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, this person will manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial integrity, internal control, and timely reporting across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee AR, AP, Payroll and Cash ManagementMaintain and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal control to support operational efficiency and compliancePrepare timely, accurate financial statements, reports and presentations.Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with the CEO to align on financial goals401k AdministratorReview customer contractsPerform additional duties as assigned to support the finance department's overall successQualifications & Skills requiredStrong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesExceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyStrong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communicator across departments and with clientsSkilled in problem-solving and analytical thinkingExperience with regulatory compliance and reporting requirementsKnowledge of internal controls and audit processBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required: Master's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of relevant account experience; experience in manufacturing, CPA designation is a plus.We offer weekly payroll, paid vacation and holidays.
