Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Assemble, mount, wire, and troubleshoot electrical control panels and enclosures.
-Perform point-to-point and schematic-based wiring using electrical drawings, bills of materials, and technical instructions.
-Test and maintain electronic circuitry and control systems using digital multimeters and other tools.
-Support general manufacturing and production operations when panel shop work is limited.
Required Skills & Experience
-Experience using hand tools, power tools, and digital multimeters in an electrical or manufacturing environment.
-Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control panel drawings, and blueprints.
-Knowledge of control system troubleshooting, 3-phase motor wiring, OSHA electrical safety procedures, and 120/480 VAC and 24 VDC power systems.
-Valid driver"s license with the ability to work independently, communicate effectively in English, and safely work on ladders or around machinery.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Understanding of UL508A control panel wiring standards.
-Familiarity with PLC and HMI programming.
