Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Control Engineer with strong expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, programming, troubleshooting, and supporting control systems in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley Logix PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
Design, configure, and maintain FactoryTalk View HMI/SCADA applications.
Configure and troubleshoot EtherNet/IP, VFDs, and industrial communication networks.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams, logic diagrams, and P&IDs to support system design and troubleshooting.
Create and update control system documentation and CAD drawings while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
7+years of hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley Logix PLC programming.
7+ years of experience with FactoryTalk View HMI/SCADA development.
Strong knowledge of EtherNet/IP, VFDs, industrial control systems, and electrical schematics.
Experience using CAD software, along with excellent troubleshooting, technical writing, communication, and teamwork skills.
