We are looking for an Electrical Controls Engineer to support development of vehicle and engine control systems, including architecture, embedded controls, and telemetry. This role will work closely with cross functional teams to drive system design, component selection, and overall controls strategy from concept through validation.You will lead controls development efforts including model based design support, sensor and module selection, and system validation testing. They will also work with suppliers using APQP processes, support regulatory compliance, and ensure projects stay on track through strong ownership of schedules, milestones, and deliverables.The ideal candidate has experience with embedded controls, MATLAB as well as CAN communication, and vehicle electrical systems. Must have strong problem solving skills, a quality driven mindset, and the ability to lead technical teams.
